藻类植物激素研究进展

摘 要:

藻类植物激素与高等植物中激素作用类似, 但其合成和代谢调控等与高等植物又不完全相同。近些年来, 随着藻类经济价值的提升和日益广泛的应用, 对藻类植物激素的关注和研究也逐渐增多。本文总结了近年来藻类植物激素相关的研究成果, 分别对生长素、细胞分裂素、脱落酸、水杨酸、茉莉酸类物质以及油菜素甾醇等植物激素的生物合成、检测及生理作用等进行了阐述, 并提出了藻类植物激素今后研究的可能发展方向。

Research Progress on the Phytohormone in Algae

Abstract:

The physiological effects of phytohormones in algae are similar to those in higher plants, while biosynthesis and regulation of phytohormones between algae and higher plants are somewhat different. Recently, with the promotion of economic value and the increasingly wide application of algae, attention and research on the algal phytohormones have also gradually increased. This paper reviews the recent research results on planthormones in algae, including biosynthesis, detection and physiological function of auxins, cytokinins, abscisic acid, salicylic acid, jasmonates and brassinosteroids. Moreover, the possible development directions of planthormone research in algae are proposed.
